Amazing little setup Aug 26, 2008
Con's: Has been set off by thunder and high winds. Pager only survives 6 or 8 falls until you need to replace it. Get a case for the pager remote, you won't regret it.
Pro's: This product is amazing. I did the install myself in about 5 hours (soldering 20 wires and an auto service manual to help locate wires). It has full feedback of a command you sent to your car, could it be to start it, lock it, unlock it, etc... it will let you know if your car received the command or not. This alarm will page my remote up to a 1/4 mile away with 0 line of site. The distance and functionality actually allowed me to get out to my car the second someone slammed their door into it. This setup is priceless, I will be installing this on all my families cars when I get the time. Not to mention the remote replacement costs are very cheap. At $50 for the replacement pagers and $20 for the simple remotes, you can't go wrong with this system.
